To be considered an applicant, please submit your resume to this job at: http://www.nuance.com/company/careers / Job DescriptionThis individual will report to the Vice President, Corporate Tax and will have primary responsibility for the Company’s international tax matters, lead and implement international tax policy and initiatives, and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax laws.The individual will work with the corporate tax and finance teams and worldwide business leaders to identify, analyze and implement programs or transactions to reduce the Company’s taxes, minimize risk, and maintain a consistent global tax strategy.
Specific responsibilities will include implementing a global tax strategy, monitoring worldwide transfer pricing policies and documentation, managing international tax compliance and tax financial accounting and actively participating in merger and acquisition and expansion opportunities.
Education/Qualifications A CPA and/or MST degree is required.
A JD LLM is a plus.
Experience The qualified candidate should have 10-15 years of broad based, relevant corporate tax experience with significant international involvement and possess US GAAP accounting skills.
Experience in public accounting and industry with a medium/large multinational company is preferred.
