Provide key leadership in cross-functional technical tasks and issues.

Play a key role in building relationships and interfacing both externally and internally with client services, operations, software development and technology infrastructure areas to ensure our implementations and operations are executed most efficiently and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate staff within the business unit, operations, development and technology organizations to ensure projects deliverables are met Identify and manage cross-functional technical tasks and issuesCoordinate and communicate with key senior leadership and stakeholders within the business, customer and partner organizationsAssist account team in the management of client expectations, needs and priorities, and collaborate with client to ensure effective service deliveryManage and monitor client satisfaction, and recommend appropriate strategies, tactics and operational initiatives to continuously enhance client satisfactionContribute effectively to solutions design discussions and solving challenging business/project problemsProvide clear sense of purpose and direction Minimum education required: BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related disciplines or the equivalent experienceMinimum of three years leading a technical team of 5+ technical professionalsMinimum of five years relevant experience with project management, preferably on technical projectsDemonstrated ability to operate in a matrix management environmentDemonstrated ability in managing services on behalf of internal or external customersDemonstrated ability in utilizing management via influence and negotiationDemonstrated ability to manage large projects across multiple teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong information technology backgroundExperience analyzing complex technical problems; capable of identifying issues and driving them to resolution.
