Director, Forensic Accounting & Restructuring - Prestigious Professional Services Firm Job in Chicago 60606, Illinois US
Work for one of the largest and most prestigious public accounting and professional services firms in the world.
The Director, Forensic Accounting and Corporate Restructuring will oversee services including forensics, corporate finance and bankruptcy litigation for Fortune 500 clients.
Will have overall responsibility for the continued growth and profitability of the department; be responsible for the development and implementation of a formal marketing plan; management of engagements, as well as building the practice team with additional litigation staff members.
Reporting to the Managing Partner, your responsibilities will include: Development and implementation of a growth-driven business plan including market sector assessment and analysis, projected sales, leads, etc Regularly strategize with the Managing Director aligning plans and strategies.
Development of engagement plans, management of practice engagements.
Act as expert witness as needed.
REQUIREMENTS CPA, MBA 7-15 years experience in forensic, corporate finance and bankruptcy litigation support services with Public Accounting experience Experience in forensic/bankruptcy litigation matters in State and Federal courts Expert Witness experience requiredProven Track Record in Business Development Certification in forensics and/or Insolvency Practice Manager with solid Leadership and Team Expansion experienceTravel may be required as part of this role; Travel will likely cap at 30% maximum.For confidential consideration or additional details, please email tina [at] psi-lsi [dot] com Equal Opportunity Employer
