Digital Services Coordinator Job in Chicago 60126, Illinois US
To Be considered for this position please Click Here Position SummaryThe person in this role is responsible for facilitating the end-user operations of the Companys digital content delivery system, ensuring all pre-determined quality standards are achieved or exceeded, and serving as liaison between the St. Louis Digital Team and the Leadership Team of Elmhurst with regard to status of hardware, software and customer orders.
ResponsibilitiesThis persons responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Analyzing Control Panel to assess status and progress of ordersAnalyzing Control Panel to identify and resolve errors and discrepanciesPreparing content recording devices for future digital ordersEnsuring pre-determined quality standards of digital content are achievedAssembly and testing of digital media player appliances Packaging and staging of outgoing orders according to market and ship dateCommunicating with the St. Louis Digital TeamKeeping the Elmhurst Team apprised of customer and equipment challengesMay need to lift materials weighing up to 80 poundsConsistently achieving or exceeding established productivity standardsContent Delivery Network (CDN) assessment and support Customers (Internal and External)Digital customers of Swank Motion PicturesSwank Motion Pictures Sales TeamSwank St. Louis IS DepartmentSwank St. Louis Digital TeamIndividuals and Teams of Elmhurst InterfacesElmhurst Leadership TeamSt.
