Job Description: Reports to Manager, Internet OperationsWe are looking for a creative, technically savvy, self-motivated, conceptual thinker with a broad understanding of front-end coding, object oriented programming and design, database design and structure, and information architecture for internet/intranet development.

In addition to new design and development, the Project Manager, Web Development will provide support for the company's Web Content Management-based web sites, and create and maintain ASP.NET applications.

This person will partner with line of business managers to assure that our Web presence supports their business objectives.

ResponsibilitiesDesign/DevelopmentContent production (static/dynamic content, coordinate and produce semimonthly newsletters, coordinate and produce bi-monthly Banking Strategies online articles, blogs, etc.)Create enhancements and modifications to web sites; organize and maintain sitesDeploy web pages and applications to internal and external web sitesAnalyze and design pages and applications to fulfill specified requirementsImplement user validation controls and error handlingUnit test web code before deployment, and assist in writing project test plansTroubleshoot and repair bugs and problemsAssess new standards, techniques and trends, and formulate appropriate strategies and plans for future enhancement of web sitesMaintain certain legacy Active Server Page applications/sites, and also lead their conversion to ASP.NETReview URL and Web information on routed marketing materials and make suggestions, edits and changes as necessary; setup necessary web analytics tracking elements for later site analysisProject ManagementCoordinate and maintain assigned projectsCoordinate site maintenance plans (backups, dead link checks, etc)Customer Service ActivitiesUnit testing of web interface functionality (includes client-side data validation) for online formsRespond to inquiries regarding BAI's customer-facing Internet applications You can view all of our jobs online at http://www.ajilonconsulting.com .Job Experience: Qualifications- RequiredProfessional Experience: 3 to 5 Years development experience using: ASP.NET (C#) Markup languages (DHTML, XML), style sheets (CSS, XSL/XSLT), as well as JavaScript requiredT-SQL, relational database design and data manipulation requiredExperience with OOP/OOD requiredStrong debugging, troubleshooting and problem analysis/resolution skills requiredWell-versed in code optimization, web design, cross-browser development techniques and architecture standards Developing, securing and utilizing Web Services (eg via SOAP)Strong project management/planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment requiredProven success in meeting deadlinesExperience with third-party software/services web site integrationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field requiredFunctional Skills: Comfortable producing for a range of electronic output optionsComfortable working with content providers, including subject matter experts and solutions providersAbility to think creativelyAbility to work independently as well as in cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and organizational skillsMicrosoft Office proficient Qualifications - DesiredClassic ASP skillsExperience using or developing for the Telerik Sitefinity platformExperience using or developing with Telerik RAD ControlsAdobe Creative Suite (CS3+) skillsMicrosoft SharePoint (MOSS and WSS) experienceExperience with Google AnalyticsExperience writing technical specification documentationExperience working with a source code control package such as Subversion or Visual Source SafeYears of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
