This is a 6 months position with our client in Placentia, CA. (WE HAVE SEVERAL LOCATIONS AVAILABLE: Los Angeles, Placentia, Bellflower and Riverside) JOB DESCRIPTION: Desktop Support / Technical Support Execute PC Refresh activity under the guidance of Local IT and DCPD representatives.
3 - 5 years desktop support experience.
PC Refresh experience preferred.
Experience in the installation, configuration, imaging, ghosting of PCs.Manage incoming and outgoing assets, prepare systems for deployment, use company tools to execute replacement activity, collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements, escalate quickly when issues arise.
