Designer/Technician Job in Madison 35758, Alabama US
Job Purpose: Elecro-mechanical product design, design of equipment to produce the product, and assembly of the designed equipment.
Requirements: Training and experience in mechanical drafting Training and experience in the use of common CAD programs (preferably Solidworks and/or Autocad) Experience in design of products and machinery Good with on-hands work to physically assemble prototype products and/or production machinery Comfort in the use of algebra and trigonometry High mechanical aptitude High intelligence Record of creativity At every level, employees at Thermal Corporation are needed to be self-motivated, initiative-taking, and to function well in teams.
Goals will be specified and discussed with the individuals before embarking on an assignment, but it is not up to any Manager to prod or push progress.
People are needed that expect high performance from themselves and their team and that expect to succeed in their endeavors.
These characteristics are equally important with the skills listed above.
