DME Customer Service Medical Representative Job in Baltimore 21201, Maryland US
One of our clients in the home health care industry is looking for Customer Service Representative in their DME and HME division.
We are looking for candidates with the following background: • This individual will be working with the sales team to process orders correctly in their system.
• This person will also interact with patients, therapists, insurance carriers and doctors to make sure they gather the necessary information to process the order.
• They will be making sure medical equipment is coded correctly for billing purposes.
• They will help schedule delivery of the DME/HME equipment to the patient.
• Troubleshoot and field any calls to the team.
• Make sure data entered on the patient is correct• Daily follow up with requests and pending issues to make sure issues were resolved.Job Experience: Experience with CMN (certification of medical necessity)is preferred.
Only candidates with DME or HME experience will be considered for this position.
It is a MUST.
Must be a multi tasker.
Strong attention to detail.
