DMA Operation Leader (Dallas, TX) Job in Dallas , Texas US
The Designated Market Operations Leader is the leader of all restaurant operations within a market (DMA) or cluster of DMAs.
The DMA Ops Leader coaches both company and franchise operators to run great restaurants, maintain Brand Standards and grow the Brand.
The DMA Leader The end goal is a consistent customer experience and DMA growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES: People Results: Coach quality (performance) of the Area Coaches Coach and develop quality and depth of RGM bench Customer Results: A consistent branded customer experience in both company and franchise restaurants as measured through customer feedback Brand standards as monitored by customer service reports and surveys Sales and Profit Results: Company and Franchise System Sales: Sales growth Equity Profit: Profit targets in TBC owned restaurants New unit development if applicable Plan and execute Marketing windows Align DMA ops team on tactics to “beat year ago" sales Conduct periodic Area Coach Performance Reviews to ensure restaurants achieve sales and profit targets Build and Align Teams Develop effective relationships with Key Operators to foster alignment and commitment Communicate and execute National initiatives locally Calibrate with Area Coaches and Franchise Key Operators on RGM capability Celebrate success and progress (One System) Promote a culture that models How We Win Together Build People Capability (Company & Franchise) Conduct people development discussions and follow-up on development plans to build a robust, talent pipeline Select company Area Coaches and RGMs and assist Key Operators in selecting Area Coaches Teach Area Coaches to coach using National tools, processes and routines Leverage Staffing and Training Support to source and train Hold direct reports (Area Coaches) accountable for people, customer, sales and profit targets Train and coach direct reports to teach RGMs to use tools and processes to improve restaurant results Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience by driving DMA Ops Excellence Analyze trends, find root causes and align on tactics for improvement With Company & Franchise DMA Ops Team Coach and influence Company & Franchise DMA Ops Team to execute DMA tactics Foster a culture that promotes Company & Franchise System accountability and sharing of best practices Execute the Brand Standards and Operating Systems Lead Company & Franchise field visits to calibrate on Operating System execution and Brand Standards Identify and act with urgency to resolve Brand protection issues Follow up on execution of National Operating System initiatives Development Identify viable sites in the DMAs Every six months, review Growth Readiness of assigned franchisees MNST Minimum Requirements · 10+ years Multi-Unit Restaurant Management Experience for both Company and Franchise locations
