DIVISIONAL MANAGER Summary of Position: The Divisional Manager is accountable and responsible for the hiring, coaching, training and the overall development of all Field Technicians in his/her area of responsibility.
Additionally, the Divisional Manager is to maintain our current client base as well as network to identify new business opportunities for the company.

Providing information to Recruiter for staffing needsAccountable for PC Technicians service delivery Provide detailed reports as required to corporate managementProject ManagementBe knowledgeable and embrace of all PEQ core technologies and applicationsExceed our customers expectations Qualifications / Requirements: Keep current with rapidly changing technology, changing business environments and industry specific knowledge and developments.
Professional appearanceProvide excellent leadership Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust reside in the division they are responsible for, however, frequent travel is required Education / Training / Experience: Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required, Bachelor Degree preferredMinimum of five (5) years at supervisory experience preferredCertification in A+, Network +, Microsoft preferred
