We have a current need for a District Manager for Janitorial services to join our team in our Phoenix location.
Position Responsibilities: We are looking for candidates who like to take on significant responsibility for customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Recruits and hires janitorial staffResponsible for all company safety policies and proceduresCommunicates with all levels in the organizationOrder suppliesKeep accurate equipment inventoriesProcess equipment repair ordersProvide customer service support to store managersMenage and Train Area Supervisors in the fieldManage payroll budgetsKnowledge of Human Resources practicesExperience managing financial and operational budgetsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits and a great group of colleagues.

Required Experience/Skills: 2-3 years proven experience providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction Must have at least 5 years experience in Wet Work (strip and wax of floors) Superior multi-tasking skills Confidence and good judgment to make sound decisions based on business needs Ability to prioritize in a fast paced work environment Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Must be extremely proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Strong ability to pay attention to detail and engage in detailed follow-up in a high transaction business environment Driven for success Desired Experience/Skills: Hospitality, restaurant, or service industry experience is a plus.
Service industry supervisory or management experience preferred Associates or Bachelors degree desirable.
