WHY WAIT?Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?This may be your lucky day!It is time for a change, and CDI can help!We have an immediate need for a Customer Solutions Rep III.JOB DESCRIPTIONThere is Mandatory Overtime of between 6 - 10 hours per week involved with this position - The candidates will provide customer service to customers who have watched the infomercial and signed up to be members of their club.
The calls the Center receives are for people wanting to change addresses, order more products, and cancel accounts.
Up Selling Skills needed: - Ideal candidate must like to talk on the phone, like to up-sell, interact with people, have computer skills, and be willing to sit in a chair -at a desk - wearing a headset - for long periods of time.
The ideal candidate should understand that there are set/scheduled breaks and lunches and adherence/compliance/attendance are critical.
This is a very busy environment and calls are in queue all day (back-to-back calls).
- Employer provides access to on-line tools where answers to 90% of the most commonly asked questions can be found.
These tools are in addition to the training, supervisors, and specialists available to answer questions when the AC hits the floor.
Again, this is a busy call center environment.
- Site has a kitchen/cafeteria/break room set-up and employees are welcome to bring their own lunches.
