Customer Service Supervisor Job in Columbia 21046, Maryland US
Aerotek is currently hiring a Customer Service Supervisor for a client in Columbia, MD.Qualified candidates will be expected to demonstrate the skills and past experience necessary to oversee and dvelop a large team of customer service representative in a call center environment.
Past call center experience in a customer service representative and supervisor role is necessary.
Customer service representatives will be making calls to assist customers with and collect on defaulted loans, and each Supervisor is required to understand, oversee, and assist them in this process.
Each candidate for this position should have great phone, negotiation, customer service, and collections skills in addition to previous supervisory and call center management experience.
They will need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in call center managerment.
