Customer Service Representative to $31K Job in Los Angeles 90035, California US
Job Description: Dynamic, stable company on the west side has a position for a Customer Service Representative with nutritional supplements or pharmaceutical background.
Will be responsible for processing customer orders, following up on orders and invoices, and processing credit requests.
MUST HAVE strong/fast data entry skills (at least 10,000 kph) AND a minimum of two years customer service/call center experience.
Strong communication skills, a professional manner, excellent phone skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment also required.
MUST have a college degree, BA highly preferred.
