Customer Service Representative Job in Minneapolis 55427, Minnesota US
Job Purpose: Solicits Dealers to introduce the M-Clip money clips by telephoning customers.
Duties: * Identifies prospects through directories and other prepared listings.
* Calls prospective dealers and customers in various market segments.
* Influences customers to buy M-Clip money clips by following a prepared sales talk and provide product information and price quotations.
* Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.
* Follows manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
* Secures information by completing data base backups.
* Maintains safe, clean and professional Home Based working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
