Customer Service Representative Job in 49684
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE CONE DRIVE OPERATIONS, INC. Cone Drive Operations, an industry leader in the manufacture of worm gears and gear boxes for a variety of applications, is accepting applications for an experienced Customer Service Representative at its Traverse City location.
At Cone Drive, our Customer Service department is responsible for providing price and delivery quotes, processing orders, and educating customers on our products and services.
Qualified applicants will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a solid work ethic.
Previous contract review and customer negotiations is required.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as independent problem solving ability.
Strong keyboard and computer skills are required, (Excel, Word, Outlook).
