Customer Service Rep Job in Mansfield 02048, Massachusetts US
Providing customer support in a small professional call center environment.
Key responsibilities include taking Inbound calls from customer regarding orders and delivery; making outbound calls to confirm deliveries and orders, diffusing upset customers regarding late deliveries Deal directly with customers via telephone Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Process orders, forms, applications and requests Manage customers' accounts Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Follow up on customer interactions Job Requirements: Some college coursework experience Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to type at least 5500 KPH Must have at least 2 years experience Skills : Customer Service -> Call Center Shift/Hours : First Shift (Day) % of Travel Required : None
