Customer Service Project Manager Job in Melville 11747, New York US
H2M Labs,Inc., a leading environmental testing lab in Melville, NY is seeking an organized and motivated individual as Project Manager in our Customer Service Department.
Duties include the following: Intense Client Communication Program Coordination and Project ManagementReport Generation and Sample Tracking We offer a comprehensive benefit package including life/health/dental and LTD insurance, 401(k), employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, FSA and excellent professional development program.
REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Access essentialExcellent Written and Oral Communication SkillsAbility to multitask, work independently and efficiently Build client relations and follow-up with all client needsExcellent organizational skills and self-motivatedScience background and/or minimum one year customer service experience requiredDegree in the Environmental field a plus!Local Candidates will be given first considerationH2M Labs, Inc. has been providing environmental analyses consistently and accurately, with an emphasis on responsive service.
