Customer Service Front Desk Job in Las Cruces 88001, New Mexico US
Customer Service Front DeskDescription: A building materials company is looking for a Customer Service/Front Desk Clerk.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: greet walk-in customers as well as to take care of already established customers.
Will be taking care of the counter sales.
Able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
Responds promptly to customer needs.
Solicits customer feedback to improve service.
Responds to requests for service and assistance.
Will be entering information in the system.

Requirements: 1 year Customer Service experience, good receptionist skills and good phone etiquette, counter sales preferred, PC literate, data entry experience, bilingual preferred, 8:00am- 5:00pmLocation: Las Cruces, NMType: CONTRACTDuration: 120 - 180 DaysPay Rate
