Customer Service/Benefits Job in Huntersville 28070, North Carolina US
Ajilon Professional Staffing is looking for 6 temporary workers for Benefits Annual Enrollment in a call center environment for a multi-billion dollar company in the Huntersville area.
Job responibilites include: •Communicate directly with customers via phone, e-mail, ticket tracking, fax or mail to identify and resolve a wide variety of issues and inquiries regarding benefits, policies and programs•Analyze facts and data from the customer to determine next steps in call resolution•Represent the organization daily through customer contact and relationship-building•Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to facilitate accurate resolution of customer issues •Manage a fluctuating workload while coordinating efforts within a team•Gather information for measurement, analysis and reporting•Meet all service level agreements as set by managemen•Additional duties as assigned by manager.
•Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills•Interact with various levels of employees and departments •Asks clear, direct questions and listens carefully to responses, restating to clarify understanding to gather and document information from the customer •Proactively creates opportunities for open, two-way communication with others •Communicates thoughts clearly and concisely•Project a professional company image and positive, can-do attitude•Demonstrates strong commitment to providing excellent customer service•Build trust through complete follow-thru on customer commitments•Support company values and mission to create a customer centric cultureJob Experience: *2-3 years of call center experience is REQUIRED, preferably in a health insurance or benefits environment*1 year base level experience with a PCAbility to type 20 wpm, corrected speed.
*Ability to work in confidential human resources environment*Proficient in relevant computer applications*Good keyboard skills*Good organization skills*Spanish Bilingual Desirable
