Job Description: Dell Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients.
Dell Perot Systems is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Quincy MA.Job Responsibilities: Answer a high volume of provider service calls with excellent quality and consistency.
Also, process high volume of faxed authorization requests for a range of patient services.
Required Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skillsHigh level of comfort with computer hardware and the use of a range of software applicationsDesired Skills: Familiarity with medical billing, hospital admissions, medical office operation, medical terminology is very helpfulMinimum Educational Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent work experienceMore about Dell Perot SystemsDell Perot Systems is a unit of Dell Services, a new business organization formed by the acquisition of Perot Systems by Dell.
