Customer Service Analyst - Tax Credits (multifamily) Job in Carrollton 75007, Texas US
Summary This position brings to our implementation services group LIHTC and affordable multi-housing industry experience, technical ability and product knowledge necessary to assist Account Representatives, Solution Consultants, Implementation Service Representatives and new clients in the implementation of OneSite Tax Credits.
The Customer Service Analyst will be predominantly involved in the pre-implementation process of OneSite Tax Credits assisted customers in the articulation of their LIHTC programs and set asides to enable effective product implementation.
To that end, detailed interaction with RealPage customers at the PMC and site level will be regular activity.
The Customer Service Analyst will also assist in the ongoing process improvement to the implementation process and will undertake projects from time to time for those purposes.
Responsibilities Educate internal and external personnel on OneSite Tax Credits implementation process.
Project management and coordination.
Ongoing and regular customer consultation with regards to the accurate completion of OneSite Tax Credits setup documentation.
Business process definition and re-engineering.
Ongoing cooperation and coordination with RealPage Solution Consultants and Business Analysts.
Customer Service Analysts are expected to: Provide a high level of product, business & LIHTC affordable housing knowledge.
Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with client teams.
Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
Actively and efficiently manage implementation projects so that implementations are achieved on time and within budget to the satisfaction of clients.
Facilitate meetings with clients and project teams.
Identify issues as they emerge, determine appropriate course of action for resolution, and follow through to make sure the problem is resolved to the clients satisfaction in a timely manner.
Proactively continue to expand personal development and expertise through education and field experience.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of implementation related documents, check lists and procedures.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Experience in the multifamily housing industry required.
Extensive experience and understanding of Low Income Housing Tax Credits or HUD required.
Knowledge of RealPage (OneSite) products highly preferred.
Four year degree preferred.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently required.
Ability to meet frequent deadlines.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results Must be flexible and be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The position involves working under very fast-paced conditions.
Flexible to work overtime as required Able to sit or stand for frequent periods in the same location with some opportunity to move aboutAble to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds)
