Our Refreshment Services division is currently seeking a high-quality customer focused individual to join our Market Center team in Dallas, Texas.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, confident professional who enjoys working with and helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
The Customer Service Agent will perform a variety of duties related to providing quality customer assistance by answering multiple phone lines, taking and keying customer orders, receiving and keying service call data, and other projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS· Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of calls and customer orders in a positive, professional manner.
Must be able to effectively work with various customers personalities and situations.
· A team player with strong interpersonal skills both oral and written is essential.
· Ability to provide proper follow-up, effectively resolving issues as appropriate while exercising sound judgment to escalate matters to the supervisor as needed.
· Knowledge of Outlook and basic Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel, typing and 10 key by touch is preferred.
· Must be able to key orders and service requests with a high-level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
· Must be flexible with a willingness to perform additional tasks as needed.
This is a full-time position located in the Carrollton / Farmers Branch area.
