Customer Service , Order Entry Medical Device Job in San Juan Capistrano, California US
Our client is a leading medical device manufacturer and has an immediate opening for a customer service representative on a contract to hire basis.
Requirements: · 2-3 years customers service experience · Outgoing personality, likes working on phone providing support and problem resolution.
· Prior experience working with a Medical manufacturer, High Tech or other OEM highly desirable· Experience working with Hospitals as customers· Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft software, Internet based order entry systems, and computerized ERP/Finance/Order Entry system (Oracle a strong plus).
· Prior experience with order entry systems (Order entry, POD, customer inquiries, audit requests, problem resolution) · Ability to communicate with all levels of employee and management inside and outside the organization to resolve CS related issues.
· Team player looking to contribute ideas and experience to enhance customer service satisfaction levels.
· Bachelors Degree A+ This is a perfect job for an individual with a background encompassing positions requiring high-flexibility, strong organizational skills, and interfacing with multiple departments and all levels.
