Customer Service - 2nd Shift and 3rd ShiftDescription: Volt Technical Resources has immediate openings for Customer Service!This person will be interfacing directly with OEM management, engineers and directly with customers.
The person will facilitate inbound email and calls from direct customers regarding part orders and technical support.
Candidate will work closely with team members and team lead to facilitate technical support to customers and escalating cases to the appropriate teams, as needed.
Requirements: General understanding of computer components; Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail, the ability to multi task and ability to learn quickly.
Must have high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
