Every location offers an environment that values each of its employees! Job Description The Customer Marketing Specialist combines sales and marketing initiatives with retailer objectives to create strategic plans to drive sales.
They work internally with cross functional team members and externally with agencies and retailers to develop and execute shopper programs.
Responsibilities Develop strategies to meet the needs of leading retailers to grow their business.
Work with Sales Planners and Area Sales Directors on respective customers to drive customer marketing activity.
Manage the Integrated Customer Marketing Toolbox program (a menu of program offerings), including agency relationship, budget management, program approval, invoice reconciliation.
Direct project management teams for execution of customization and program activities.
Assist creation of Integrated Customer Marketing three-year plan and critical path.
Participate in customer team meetings, including calling on customers.
Primary Projects Key customer relationships (with assigned retailers) Toolbox 2010 implementation (program review/approval, tracking) HMT Agency management Project management of programs from assigned retailers (Overlays, Mods, custom graphics, in-store communication, etc.) Assessment of specific programs and the ICM activity overall ICM budget maintenanceJob QualificationsMBA Building Relationships / Working Cross-Functionally Strategic Capability Project Management Customer Interaction 3 - 7 years of experience in Sales and/or MarketingTravel ~15%
