Customer Care Associate You will work on behalf of our client, a large mortgage provider, to assist customers with solutions to help them prevent foreclosure on their homes - NO SELLING! Youll interact with our customers on a daily basis handling inbound calls with no scripts offering you the chance to grow your professional communication skills valuable in todays workplace.

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a retail or call center environment required.
- Minimum 1 year telephone customer service preferred.
