The responsibilities for this position include: · Customer credit analysis· New customer set up and applications· Maintain and support credit files· Customer collections· Set up customer credit files· Analyze customer credit worthiness and provide needed information to supervisor/manager to approve limits· Maintain and up date customer credit files to ensure timely financials and other pertinent data· Initiate credit insurance requests Communicate and maintain relationship with insurance underwriters· Release customers from hold status and communicate with sales staff· Periodically review account credit limits and update accordingly· Credit file updates· Responsible for Latin American and weekly statements· Cross-train and provide back-up for collections · Assist in other areas, as assigned Requirements: · College diploma or equivalent· Two to five years financial statement analysis experience· Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English· Excellent telephone skills· Highly organized, with good attention to details and follow up· Strong analytical skills· Proficient with MS Word and Excel· Good telephone presence Interested applicants should send resumes, with salary history.
