Creative Financial Staffing - Contracts Administrator- Global Software Leader! Job in South Bay 94301, California US
Join this well funded software leader who reported more than 100% revenue growth in a quarter and 4 quarters of record revenue growth in this newly created position!You will work with different internal and external teams including sales, finance, services and outside legal council to negotiate, structure and administer contract documents that establish solid business relationships with customers, vendors and/or partners.
The Contracts Administrator will also have responsibility for managing the insurance renewal process for the company.
ResponsibilitiesAdvise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of term and conditions.
Organize, manage and maintain all legal documents for the company.
Act as key liaison with outside legal council on complex legal issues surrounding contract negotiation.
Perform complex analysis of contract situations or data that requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining favorable results.
Provide facts, figures, and other necessary information prior to and throughout contract negotiations.
Serve as the subject matter expert for questions regarding contract obligations from the sales, service, finance and operations teams.
QualificationsBA/BS degree preferred 6+ years of relevant experience in contract administration for software and/or technology related companies Proven track record of negotiating successful contracts with clients, strategic partners and vendors Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal teams, customers and strategic partners Proven ability to work with various groups and across departments within the organization Ability to deliver effective written and verbal communication at all levels of the organization.
