Corporate Security Admin Associate Job in Mount Laurel, New Jersey US
Description This position will be responsible for the daily processing of fraud cases to derive and record loss policy violations that contributed to fraud.
Reports to Corporate Security and Investigations CSI Reporting & Analysis Manager.
Performs daily reimbursement of Customers impacted by fraud based on case information.
Distribute case files to satellite locations.
Assist customers that are directed to Corporate Security and Investigations due to fraud or potential fraud issues.
Clear and close accounts that are overdrawn due to fraud Perform Customer reimbursement based on requests from Investigators.
Issue bank checks to customers and financial institutions based on Investigator request.
Requirements 2 year degree of equivalent experience 2-4 years related experience required Minimum Associates Degree in Business, Emphasis in Account/Finance Three years experience including course work in Business Strong typing and writing skills Strong Customer relations and communications Ability to navigate account relationships in mainframe system Analytical and detail oriented Familiar with check fraud schemes Knowledge of Accounting /Finance Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Normal office environment Diligent Time management skills
