Corporate Legal Secretary Job in Lincolnwood 60712, Illinois US
A Chicago North Suburban based Private Equity and Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking a professional, hard working, Corporate Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
Experience at a law firm is very helpful.
Only candidates with a polished corporate image who are energetic and successful will be considered.
Qualified candidates will be expected to perform the following duties: · Typing and Word Processing of legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, press releases and other third party communications · Work with high volumes of paperwork and complete it timely and accurately · Contact database management · Responsible for legal internship/externship program · Coordinate travel plans · Contact and document file management · Coordinate and manage entity formation with outside service company · Responsible for entity maintenance, annual reports, minutes, etc. Qualified candidates must possess the following skill set: · Capable of working in a very fast paced environment· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, light PowerPoint)· Experienced with legal documents, formatting, redlining and processing· Organized and detail oriented· Reliable, responsible, diligent and fun· Takes pride in work, team player· Typing skills at minimum of 70 wpm with 100% accuracy· Strives in a professional environment· Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping concepts This position reports to Managing Partner (a type A personality) who is a proven, successful, entrepreneurial businessman with substantial means and achievements.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
