Corporate Generalist/Power Generation/In-House/New Jersey Job in Princeton, New Jersey US
Dynamic, publicly-held, energy company headquartered in New Jersey seeks a lawyer with 5+ years of experience to support its operations.
Significant experience advising clients in the power generation industry is mandatory.
Project finance and EPC experience would be desirable, but not required.
The lawyer will engage in broad generalist practice that includes: mergers, acquisitions, asset dispositions, and development of new power generation projects; power purchase agreements, EPC agreements, commercial contracts, environmental permitting documents, confidentiality agreements, site access agreements, and regulatory agreements; and providing counseling on a wide array of matters.
The company does not prefer to provide relocation assistance.
