Panera Bread is actively seeking a Coordinator, Catering Support in our Needham, MA Support Center.
This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Catering Strategy & Analysis and be primarily responsible for supporting the full Catering Support Team through analysis, initiative rollout and administration.
The Coordinator will also be involved in the improvement of the reporting processes, information collection and dissemination, and project management processes.
Accountabilities: Analytic Support: · Support Sales with standardized support infrastructure (e.
g., quotation and invoice forms, etc.).· Support Catering Testing with quantitative and qualitative measures of performance.
· Maintain all regular reporting to the field (Sales Reporting, Database Reporting, Category Management analyses, etc.).Initiative Rollout Support: · Maintain all documentation and reference sites for the Catering business, particularly to support test initiatives and celebration rollouts (e.
g., Harvest, the Online Operations Manual, eLearning, Celebration Rollout Guides, etc.).· Draft and maintain all Catering Team Charters, CoW Presentation Guides, WIGs & Leading/Lagging measures, etc. Administrative Support: · Support with sourcing location, planning and organization of Sales Conferences, Workshops, Off-sites, etc. includes budgeting and billing.
· Support the assembly and distribution of materials for meetings.
· Manage the Regional Catering Sales Manager requisition process.
Qualifications: · Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables, building and evaluating formulas, charts, tables, macros), Word (use of styles, table of contents, insertion of objects) PowerPoint (import graphics, video, music, charts & links to data), and Outlook (group meeting planning, reminder management, rules wizard and folder management).
Self-starter; Willingness to learn independently and apply that knowledge to improving productivity and bringing projects to completion.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and build relationships (often virtual) to leverage team resources remotely.
Able to prioritize and organize work in a multi tasking environment and exercise appropriate judgment when dealing with competing projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years professional experience.
