This position is responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing software license agreements on behalf of the Pitney Bowes Business Units in both English and Spanish to ensure compliance with business, audit, legal and SOX requirements.
Demonstrated skills of drafting, negotiating, and administrating contracts are a mandatory requirement.
The right candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable and a team player.
This position will be located in our Lanham, MD office.
Responsibilities: Review, draft and negotiate addenda/orders, master license agreements and other contracts as noted above.
