Contract Labor Relations Coordinator Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
Contract Labor Relations Coordinator Are you a Labor Relations specialist? Seeking some hands-on experience to enhance your advanced degree work in Labor Relations or Employment Law? Our well-known client is approaching its busy season and needs an independent Labor Relations Coordinator to do the following: Establish tracking spreadsheets for Labor Relations initiatives.
Scan and retrieve historical data and set up grievance database.
Define and establish grievance processes including the associated filing and documentation.
Perform arbitration research.
Requirements: 1 - 2 years of directly related Labor Relations experience required.
Active pursuit of a Master's in Labor Relations or HR or a JD in Employment Law or Labor Relations required.
Strong Excel and Access skills.
Solid research skills.
Full understanding of arbitration research.
