Guide and coach managers on Employee Relations issues.
Work in partnership with managers on salary planning and performance appraisal processes.
Assist with interview processes for appropriate candidate selection.
Requirements: Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of directly related Human Resources experience OR a Master's degree with 8+ years of directly related Human Resources experience.
