Contract Compliance & Legal Specialist Job in Multiple locations
Compliance/Legal Resources & Solutions: Seeking Industry Professionals: VP of Compliance, General Counsel/Attorney, Compliance Directors, Risk Officers, Managers, Auditors, Analysts, SAR Reviewers, Surveillance Managers Project Managers and BSA Officers!Experienced contract professionals with extensive knowledge of BSA, AML, KYC, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and SOX, JDs, CAMS certification a plus+++!!!Job description: Compliance Look Back Project Many of our clients in the Legal/Financial Services/Banking fields are entertaining new partnerships and dealing with budget constraints in a risk adverse economy.
They are welcoming experienced professionals to apply for substantive contract work in order to mitigate risk and contribute to the bottom line.
Duties may include:
Determining whether or not an alert needs to convert into a case for additional information from the branch or corresponding bank
Determining if a case generated by the system requires additional information or if investigation of it should be closed
Escalating matters to BSA Compliance officer if required
Correspond with branch or bank for additional information that requires investigating for an alert/case
Conducting in-depth research on individual and entities using Internet and World-Check Tool
Analyzing transactional information and research dates, follow up queries with branches in a timely matter in order to meet deadlines This role presents the opportunity to:

Candidates must have experience with document review and knowledge of Compliance Risk Management Regulations
