Consumer Collections Specialist Job in Mundelein 60060, Illinois US
Consumer Collections Specialist The Consumer Collections Specialist will assist customers to resolve disputed items while providing exceptional customer service.
This role will report directly to the Collections Manager and is located in Mundelein.
Responsibilities: Make 150 outbound consumer collection calls Research Account discrepanciesResearch deductions Requirements: 1-2 years of billing experience in commercial collectionsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentEffective collection techniques, exceptional follow-up skills, and good eye for detailGood communication and listening skillsGood system skills, Microsoft Office experience, Excel a must For immediate consideration, please email your resume as a Word document to monster22 [at] jacksonwabash [dot] com !
