Position Summary: Eastman Kodak Company seeks Consultants at all levels to help develop, sell, manage, and deliver our Branded Consumer Goods business solutions.

Initial emphasis will be to develop and deliver integrated solutions to address tangible business opportunities within Kodaks key markets.

Consultants will participate in evaluating solution ideas, validating them in the market, creating them, and commercializing them.

This individual needs to be familiar with solution creation processes in general, and be willing to learn and adopt Kodaks specific processes so that they can be an expert that coaches others.

Consultants are business consultants and subject matter experts who lead client projects and ensure the desired outcomes are achieved for the client and for Kodak.

Consultants will manage a specific work stream within an overall project.

Typical project deliverables could include any or all of the following: future-state vision; performance opportunity / gap analysis; workflow redesign; business case development; solution architecture; change management program; post-install impact measurement; and more.

Consultants will also coach and mentor Junior Consultants to contribute effectively to the teams success.

Responsibilities: Manage large, complex, projects and work-streams through their life cycle: Participate in the client engagement processTranslate client objectives into work plans and resourcing plansAssemble, enable, and manage the team of resources to execute on projects - on time and on budgetEnsure quality delivery against work plan objectivesManage client expectations: recognize and avoid scope creep and avoid/resolve conflictsIn addition, Consultants willoRecognize, initiate opportunities for add-on work with clientsoManage the on-going client relationship where appropriateoCoach and develop Consultant resourcesLead/assist efforts to create, harden, and operationalize new solutions: Lead and/or execute work streams related to the codification of solutions and make them repeatable Lead, train and coach others on how to create solutions in their specific domainDevelop methodologies, templates, and analytic tools to enable junior consultants and implementation team members to executeEvaluate solution ideas including market research and business case definitionContribute to creation of a well managed and professional environment for creation of solution documentation, solution tools and templates, and content delivered to customersRequired Skills/Experience: Experience: Bachelor's Degree is required with a Masters in Business Administration strongly desired4+ years experience managing large projects in strategy, operations management, and/or business process re-engineering consultingA track record of success delivering complex consulting engagements and work streams in a top-tier consulting firm environmentHands-on experience in at least two of the following: oBrand managementoRetail merchandisingoPackaging designoCreative development of POS, displays, signageoRegulatory review and approval processesoBrand security/authentication oTechnology architectureDirect experience architecting work-process changes/business process re-engineering, supported by technology-enabled solutions, to drive step-function changes in operational performance within a client environmentExperience with a top-tier management consulting firmSkills: Strong business acumen ability to conceptualize and solve business problems quickly in a wide range of business models and environmentsExecutive presence and ability to command respect with executives both internally and with client organizationsTechnical acumen sufficient to engage operational leaders within a client environment to discuss opportunities for technology to enable business improvement Demonstrated ability to build solutions by thinking beyond the current product/software/service set Excellent coach and mentor of junior resourcesExcellent communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal)Desired Skills/Qualifications: Any of the following would be a positive: Experience working in or with target sectors, including Retail, Packaged Goods, Commercial Print, Financial Services, Entertainment.
