Construction PM w/ Federal Sitework Exp. Job in Washington 20043, District of Columbia US
Aerotek is seeking a Construction Project Manager with excellent site work and excavation experience, currently located in the Washington, DC area to join an up-and-coming construction contracting firm in DC. The Project Manager must have excellent knowledge of site work, excavation, land development, utilities, below-grade construction, etc. The Construction Project Manager will support large commercial and Federal building projects in DC. **Only candidates currently located in the Washington, DC area need apply.
A well-qualified Construction Project Manager will have the following qualifications: - 10 or more years of large commercial and Federal base building and new construction experience as a Project Manager- Federal construction project management experience is a MUST- Excellent knowledge of civil (Division II (2)) construction including sitework, excavation, land development, utilities, below-grade work, etc.- Experience on base-building, new construction, and tenant fit-out projects valued at $10 million to $20 million or more- Knowledge of LEED building and environmentally sustainable construction standards is a plus- Stable job history with few transitions is a must- Currenlty located in the Washington, DC area- Seeking a salary between $70,000 and $110,000 annually with full benefits, holiday, vacation, etc.Construction Project Managers who meet the above qualifications AND are currently located in the Washington, DC area, please send your resume to Jim Hilson.
