Composition Machine Operator Job in Smyrna, Georgia US
As a composition machine operator, you will operate color printing machines, to produce print on paper or other materials.
Operator must be sure the plates are mounted correctly and are level in press.
This step ensures that the inking will be even, resulting in a crisp, clear printed impression.
In addition, the ink flow must be checked and adjusted during a run and for each new job.The ideal candidate is flexible and self-motivated.
The ideal candidate is also able to pay close attention to detail and is able to multi-task.
Proficient with basic mathmatical concepts.
Comfortable with metrics, measurements and rulers.
Previous print machine experience preferred.
