Compliance Analyst Job in ATL 30311, Georgia US
Job Summary: The Sourcing Contract Administrator position is responsible for assisting the strategic sourcing staff in execution of their administrative activities.
Task activities include: Sourcing Support
Preparing non-disclosures agreements, Hardware/Software Evaluations
Making supplier presentation arrangements/logistical support (location, equipment, coordination with supplier, etc.), Support of the Supplier enablement process and coordination effort.
Prepare responses to Supplier solicitation/cold calling.
Building presentations from Commodity Managers Word document, include creating the event template, exporting and formatting the Supplier responses
Responding to supplier questions regarding invoice payments, invoice reconciliation/validation
Preparing simple SOWs (low dollar/low risk, no new terms, typically $75k)
Preparing simple amendments such as contract extensions, name changes, assignments and contract updates of a governmental/regulatory natureProject/Contract Completion
Routing and follow-up associated with financial and contract approval documents
FedEx/Mailing and exchange of agreement originals with suppliers (incl.
tracking and follow-up)
Completing meta-data fields
Preparing contract package for submittal to Contract Administration/repository room (closing out the contract file)
Interfacing with Contract Compliance group for enablement (support to CM),supporting post contract compliance questions, also contract governanceDatabase Integrity (On-going)
Ensuring supplier/contract (including parent/child) information is correct (joint with Commodity Managers) to ensure naming schemes are being properly adhered to.
Ensuring contracts are assigned to the appropriate Commodity Manager includes clean-up/changes due to reassignment, maintain interface with SRM and Ops for Commodity Manager and Supplier contact information updates.
Working the Expiring Contracts report with each Commodity Manager to initiate action or close-out an agreement, insure compliance Business Continuity, Risk Memos, and other assorted internal review and approval forms for file documentation.
Reporting
Preparing weekly activity reports assembled from department staff.
Required Knowledge:
Demonstrates a basic business perspective; understands procurement operations mission and task activity and is familiar with various agreement types.
Required Skills:
Strong administrative and organization skills.
Communicates effectively (both written and verbal)
Microsoft Office applications
