Compensation & HRIS Analyst Job in Plano 75024, Texas US
Job ID: 50106281Help Safety-Kleen be a leader in the industry by acting as the Compensation and HRIS Analyst.
Responsibilities Pay transaction auditing, tracking, and reporting.
Work with Sr. Compensation Analyst and field HR management to research, recommend, and resolve pay administration concerns.
Maintain and enter SAP HR Data system.
Work with Sr. HRIS Analyst to develop and manage an audit process that ensures accuracy of data entry.
Full salary survey administration (from participation to result collection) and assist with the annual salary planning process to include result analysis for current business unit salary structure updates if necessary.
Report writing and analysis.
Compensation system (REWARD, SAP, etc) data loads, updates, and maintenance.
Job evaluation, market pricing and the like.
