Community Donation Center Manager Job in Honolulu 96817, Hawaii US
Manager, Community Donation CenterBBBS of HonoluluWe are seeking a creative and driven individual to build a successful team providing financial support to Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Honolulu, a non-profit organization committed to helping Hawaiis children.
Use your operational management and marketing skills to make a difference in your community.
In this position you will direct a multi-unit operation for a busy clothing donation center including management of all staff, drivers, marketing reps and office personnel.
You will build relationships with partner businesses, board of directors, community, and business leaders.
Responsibilities also include: Budget Development and Adherence, P&L Accountability, Development and Adherence to Growth Operational Plan, Scheduling and Achieving Quotas.
This position is open to Local Candidates currently residing in Hawaii, with a strong knowledge of local business and community leaders.
