Communications Specialist Job in Oakland 94602, California US
Our client in the healthcare arena is looking for a Communications Specialist for a full time PERMANENT opportunity in Oakland, Ca. Want to work for one the largest healthcare network in the nation? Ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience developing and implementing communication strategies within a corporate, agency or healthcare setting.
You will be primarily responsible for executing communications initiatives by partnering with the leadership on various teams.
You would need to develop content to create high-level executive facing presentations and associated deliverables to convey the value and progress of multi-million dollar projects.
This candidate will also be responsible for developing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of standards and understanding of business benefits.
Candidates with high success in this role will have a proven track record of absorbing large volumes of technical data, creating cohesive and strategic messaging and the ability to collaborate with business owners to deliver conference presentation, internal marketing campaigns, communications to stakeholders, feature articles, webinars and other communication deliverables.
Requirement: -7 years of internal communications experience in a corporate, agency or healthcare setting -Experience supporting EA, Compliance, SOX and/or Information Security groups, companies or initiatives is a MUST.
-Experience in both the information technology arena and large complex corporate environment.
-Excellent strategic planning, verbal communication, writing and editing skills are required -Presentation, story telling, strategic writing and editing skills are a MUST.
-Ability to work well with multiple clients, manage multiple projects and handle sensitive information with the strictest confidence.
-Experience with Organizational Change Management preferred.
