Review Purchase Orders for compliance with US Business Center terms, policies and contractual agreements
Process orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order
Act as liaison between sales representatives, clients and factory regarding purchase order acceptance and delivery
Call Management; utilize call management skills ensuring ACD availability and ownership of customer calls.
Participate and follow through in the resolution of all collection issues relating to order processing within required timeframe.
Escalate issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
Effectively set priorities in order to meet commitments and established departmental goals
Anticipate and manage workload by escalating to the Order Fulfillment team or if necessary the manager to keep current on workload requirements
Ensure established processes are followed
Prepare and participate in the District Slotting Calls
All required and/or assigned training courses are completed within required time period.
Work closely with Business Development to obtain authorizations as required and/or needed
Maintain complete and accurate files
Comply with Quality Standards, Philips standards of business conduct
Supply support and information to other departments within the Business Center
