Collector Job in Columbia 21046, Maryland US
General SummaryThe selected individual will make outbound calls and receive inbound communicating with Investors and customers in order to collect & modify defaulted prime loans.
The Candidates will be working with the customer, providing excellent customer service, to modify their current loan and keep them in their house, preventing foreclosure.
Each candidate must have GREAT telephone skills, negotiation skills, customer skills, Call Center Experience, and collections skills.
Qualifications: - Candidates will be receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to modify defaulted home loans- 2 3 years on experience in call center/customer service- Outbound calling experience is necessary - Computer savvy, MS Office- Phone negotiation skills (Inside sales skills)- 8am 5pm, 10am 7pm, 12:30pm 9:30pm (Must be flexible with shift and working weekends)Required Skills: TELEPHONE SKILLS, NEGOTIATION, COLLECTIONS/CUSTOMER SERVICEJoin Aerotek Professional Services.
