Clinical Trials Coordinator Job in Lexington 02142, Massachusetts US
RESPONSIBLITIESAttain basic understanding of study management tasks and responsibilities necessary to implement clinical trials in compliance with protocol/regulatory requirements and SOPs.
Collect, organize and prepare regulatory documentation for transfer to Trial Master File and assist with tracking of documents under guidance.
Understand central filing and maintain current, accurate and complete in-house study files.
Assist with the preparation of all FDA submissions.
Support data analysis using Excel.
Responsible for maintaining clinical supplies necessary to implement and conduct clinical trial.
Participate in the creation and formatting of study aides/materials.
Maintain patient study binders by scanning and updating tracking document files.
Scan and file all pertinent clinical documents to appropriate file and tracking document files.
Print/document and file all study site correspondenceCoordinate project meeting logistics (meeting rooms, invitations, updates) assist with agenda setting.
QUALIFICATIONS Work Experience: Able to manage time and balance prioritiesHighly motivated, shows initiative, is proactive and able to work within a teamConsistent ability to independently prepare and process routine documentationStrong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervisionBasic knowledge of medical terminologyFamiliarity with clinical research studiesSkills (Technical): Fluency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) EducationBachelors degree required.
