Clinical Sample Management Program Manager Job in Lawrenceville 08648, New Jersey US
Role Description: Supports the execution of multiple projects through: - Developing and monitoring of project plans and detailed project deliverables to support milestone based Roadmaps- Regular reporting of program status to PMO- Direct one-on-one work with project leaders and project teams to ensure consistent project discipline and progress is achieved Provides an objective perspective for uniting efforts and/or parsing efforts to avoid duplicate work.
Provides integration across multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-stream communication through regular interaction with business workstream leaders.
Reports to the Program Sponsors and the PT PMO. Experience/Knowledge desired: - A BS or MS degree in Physical Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience is required, together with experience managing global projects that cross multiple functional/organizational lines.
A PMP and/or consulting experience is desirable.
- Understanding of the clinical development process and/or sample management.
- Developing actionable project plans and assessing individual project plans for work load balance and risk identification.
- Developing change management plans and facilitating organizational change- Developing tools/training materials to support project process and change efforts, including process mapping, RACI charts- Synthesizing multiple project plans, assessing touch points and remediating against project disruption- Demonstrated success implementing technology and/or business process solutions to enable and enhance business capability - Demonstrated strong business and technical analysis skills, business process design and development of business cases - Demonstrated experience collaborating within a matrix environment to drive the delivery of projects on time, on budget, while meeting customer expectations- Experience with MS Productivity suite, including: Visio, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Candidate Characteristics: - Strong writing and presentation skills- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail- Excellent communication and facilitation skills- Manages effectively at multiple levels without direct authority- Willingness to both direct and execute elements of the work plan Requited Skills: MS Office, 6-10 years MS Project, 6-10 years Business Analyst, 6-10 years Communications, 6-10 years Process Improvement, Attention to Detail, and Problem Solving Skills.
This 6+ month position starts ASAP.
