The Clinical Research Site Manager (CRSM) interfaces between Clinical Development, Development Operations, and the investigative study sites.
The CRSM is expected to independently coordinate and perform activities in the evaluation, initiation, site management, monitoring, and closeout of Clinical Development investigational sites.
The CRSM is responsible for site management and monitoring clinical studies in compliance with good clinical practice (GCP and in accordance with ICH and the FDA Code of Federal Regulations) and acts as the primary contact and liaison between Clinical Development, Development Operations, Study Managers, and investigational study sites to ensure the safety of subjects, the accuracy of data, and the operational success of the site.
The CRSM also assists the data management groups and the Study Manager in the processing of all clinical data by ensuring the timely collection of data and query resolution.
Bachelor's level degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or RN preferred2-4 years of clinical monitoring experienceExperience with psych studies required, pediatric experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirementsProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsMust demonstrate good computer skillsAbility to provide clear direction and guidance to others.
Position requires approximately 60% travel (up to 80% during peak times)Ability to secure adequate credit to cover travel expenses pending reimbursement.
